Not 100% as planned
Members
As you may have read from the previous mailing we sent out a couple days
back – we have altered the system slightly to make things more user
friendly and streamlined by removing the need to register and log into the
AutoPoster using a separate user name and password.
Instead, you’ll automatically be set up with your members log in and password and will
automatically be logged into the AutoPoster when you click on the link from
inside your members area.
The integration move did not go over 100% as planned and we have
experienced some issues along the way within the synchronization process.
More precisely, a problem occurs when a member tries to synchronize data
when their user name was the same on both the AutoPoster (before the move)
and member’s area. This caused some issues and because of this and
considering our programmer will be away until Monday of next week – we have
taken the sync down.
Manual changes to be taken
Because of this – we have decided to do these changes manually, however
due to the way we had the old system set up, it’s very difficult for us to
figure out what a members Auto Poster password is.
Without this information we cannot do these sync’s as intended.
As a result – this is what will happen for those members who do not see
data inside their accounts over the course of the weekend and perhaps until
this process has been completed.

You will need to send us a support ticket with your Auto Poster user name
and password to:

Please also include your user name that you would use to log into your
members area as well.
Please also refrain from setting up new projects IF you have data to be
synchronized over. I will be doing the sync’s as i get them and will
update your ticket as i have completed which will give you the green light
to continue using the Auto Poster thereafter.
This move is to hopefully prevent any further complications while our
programmer is unavailable.
We apologize for the inconveniences this may have caused.
